Product Description

The Autoclave Steam Sterilizer is a premium equipment with sophisticated features that make it easy to operate with automated features to achieve optimum sterilization and a high level of emphasis on safety. It is a fully stainless steel double walled design with the inner working chamber for steam and water. The inner chamber is covered with an outer shell. Insulation is provided around the inner chamber to prevent heat loss. The lid is made of thick stainless steel plate which is conveniently operated for open and close actions by an electric motor. This easy opening and closing arrangement makes the autoclave useable by even female staff as it works on a press of a button. Even, the lid locking device is smooth to steer and locks with a minimal clockwise rotation to lock and anti-clockwise to unlock.

Sensors placed around the locking device make sure the lid is unopenable when chamber is under steam pressure. The entire cycle is automatic, it starts with a press of a button. Initially air is purged out creating a partial vacuum, steam builds up after the purge cycle is complete until set pressure and temperature is achieved. The set condition is maintained until the entire duration of hold sterilization time which is user set depending on type of load to be sterilized.

The set and actual process values against time are indicated in real time in both tabular form and in graphical representation.

Water level status along with door open / shut status are indicated on a HMI which has a 7 coloured touch screen display.

The HMI has an inbuilt audit trail and alarm log as well as data logging feature. It connect to a Siemens PLC which is programmed to store and run six predefined sterilization cycles such as liquid, media, discard, glassware and instrument sterilization cycles. The operator further has the option of creating his own recipes of multiple cycles depending on his test requirements.

The data management software supplied along with the Autoclave is 21 CFR Part 11 compliant with in-built features such as multi user level password protection which can create and assign user privileges. Electronic data is human readable and suitable for inspection for review. It shows real time summary along with current status of the equipment.

In addition, it indicates trends, stores alarms, logs process data with respect to time, and captures audit events.

It can be connected in a LAN network while the data is transferred through Ethernet protocol.

Equipment operates on 230 volts AC 50 Hz power supply and for easy movability it is mounted on castor wheels.
